My creative intention... To showcase the beautiful & inviting space of the home or building, whether it be for a builder portfolio, holiday home or a home for sale. I have years of expertise in this field of photography, whilst photographing, I will search for the best angles to really enhance the home / building's features.

My style... Clean, Crisp, Sharp, Artistic.

When to shoot... Shoot at dusk to use the soft intimate light to make the home or building as warm and welcoming as possible, Shoot in the daytime, to showcase ocean view properties, or light and bright spaces.

Rates... Some homes are big, some are small, some need styling, some do not, my architecture photography starts from $500 + GST. Client personalised packages can be arranged, please contact me with your specific requirements and I will be happy to provide a quote.

How to prepare your home for a photoshoot:

To ensure your property looks the best it can look, please use the guidelines below:

Curtains open and lights in working order including all lamps
Windows and mirrors clean
Minimalistic style (removal of clutter)
Taps polished & surface dust removed on benches
Cobwebs removed
Chairs set to how you like them, such as straight or set on a certain angle
Outdoor cushions on furniture and covers off including BBQ
Bedrooms: beds made + pillow covers, side table lamps working
Bathrooms: add towels, flowers, soap, plants for warmth and colour
Leaves blown away from verandahs, decks and patios
Garden neat & tidy (lawns mowed, weeds removed)
Hide all bins (indoor and outdoor)
Cars removed (unless you want cars in photographs)
Styling can make the home more appealing, doesn't need to be much.
Styling Ideas: Magazines / books on coffee tables; bowl of pears or lemons in kitchen or dining; wine & glasses; reading books and coffee mug; add throws & cushions for colour
